Three checks before a quote can even exist
These are not homepage promises: they are three conditions the platform enforces itself. Until all three are met, a partner cannot place a quote on your project.

Approved by a person, not an algorithm
Every partner is reviewed and approved manually by an administrator before they can browse posted projects or bid. No automated approvals.

Bound by our Partner Agreement
A partner must have accepted the current version of our Partner Agreement before they can submit a quote. The acceptance is recorded, and a quote submitted without it is refused.

Payment identity verified by Stripe
A partner must have completed Stripe’s identity verification and be able to receive payments. An unverified account cannot bid.

You approve before you pay
The project is split into milestones. You pay as you go, and the partner is only paid for a milestone after you approve the corresponding delivery.
A human review before a delivery reaches you
An administrator reviews the partner’s delivery before it is presented to you for acceptance. A delivery that has not passed that review cannot be accepted.
The final payment does not go without you
On a split-payment plan, the final payment cannot be taken until you have accepted the delivery.
